(a)        MID-MORNING SNACK

Please provide a small wholesome snack and juice for teatime. Please ensure that the drink cannot leak. If your child has a “boxed” juice, please write his/her name on the box.  Please ensure that your child’s lunchbox is marked with his/her name.

It is unfair to expect a three-year-old to refuse a few highly coloured chips offered to them when they have an intolerance to Tartrazine / colourants / preservatives.  Any food that is not allowed will be taken away from the children. We strictly adhere to the following food list:

ALLOWED  - All healthy & natural foods including fruit / nut / yogurt / carob bars

NOT ALLOWED – No food with preservatives or colorants e.g Chewing

gum, sweets, chips, artificial drinks, energy drinks, chocolates

If in doubt – please ask. Please remember that these guidelines also apply to birthday party food sent to school, as well as food sent in for outings. Any food that is not allowed will be sent home.
